Our Research

The IWP is a community-based participatory research project designed to better understand resettlement stressors and social determinants of health, prevent psychological distress, and promote mental health, well-being, and integration of newcomers in the United States in a holistic way, with the ultimate goal of reducing the burden of mental health disparities experienced by newcomers.
